Three men were arrested Saturday night after being caught stealing an ingredient used to make the drug methamphetamine. The arrests, of two Owosso men, ages 41 and 32, and a Bannister man, 38, led to charges of operating and maintaining a lab involving methamphetamine, and larceny in a building.
